I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Seattle, WA) in May 2015
Interview
Offsite connection to a Java base group coding session.
Several sessions of round table Q/A, where they asked you various questions about background and your experience in development.
Several sessions of pairing with another person, sitting on a pairing station and coding together. I found this actually particularly nice since it wasn't about solving logic problems, but about actually doing work you would be doing IRL.
