I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Nordstrom (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
It was just like basic interviews. suoper easy. Just tell them its pyhsical job. be able to get up around 3am to get the job at 4 am. Overall recomendation, you will get no where working for this company. It is just about your manager, who gets all the credit. They will look like they care about you, but honestly they dont.
Simple and to the point. Very informative of the role and responsibilities. Interviewer was welcoming and quick to get back to you afterwards. Hired within same week of the interview
It was very ordinary questions, nothing unexpected. They wanted to hear about my prior experience, how I felt about working independently and my work ethic. I did receive a job offer at the interview, but I really loved everything about Nordstrom. It was a great place to work.
Its a one-stage interview process. The recruiter will ask you a set of questions about your background, what you would do in a stressful situation, have you ever worked with people. So far interview lasted for about 15-20 minutes.
