Nordstrom Logistics Processor interview questions

Interview process was quick. I went in and answered basic questions about availability and customer service skills. I was called a few days later. Position was seasonal. I asked to stay on for longer when the time came.

I was called in for an in-person interview right when the store opened. We sat outside and talked about my work experience and overall experience in retail. There were questions about my strengths and weaknesses and why I wanted to work at Nordstrom. After the interview, I was given a tour of the basement where shipment is processed, where transfers take place, and how web orders are shipped and delivered. I was offered a job 4 days after the interview and was brought in for training the very next day. My schedule was also given to me to start the day after training.
