Nordstrom Store Associate interview questions

I had the interview over the phone. The interview was short and I was asked general questions like what is your availability, why you would like to work with us etc. The woman who was interviewing was nice and she told me right away that they are looking for someone with open availability and since I am only available 3 days a week she told me I might not be the good match for them.

Got a call from the store administrator to set up an interview in store with the store manager later that week. Very friendly and interview lasted about 20 minutes. I wasn't given the job on the spot but received a call back the next week with an offer.
