I participated of the process to Senior iOS Engineer. The all process started really slowly. First, they sent me an email making questions about experience stuffs and my english, it tooks 2 weeks because each email was a different question. Why the interviewer didn't scheduled a meeting? After this 2 weeks, they said that couldn't continue the process, after 1 week sent a email again to continue the process. ???????? I continued and participated of 3 interviews. A common screening interview repeating all questions made through 2 weeks. A technical interview and the last one with the manager. I was praised in all interviews. After that, they have disappeared. Just ghosted me. I sent emails and messages to the company, and the person responsible for the process, just ignored me. It's really disrespectful. I don't recommend to anyone, it's just waste of time
