I had to submit a resume and brief essay describing why I wanted the job. There were a lot of candidates and they had to narrow us down to a few workers who could manage 5-10 hours of shifts per week.

Very professional experience. I have learned a lot by working in the International Affairs department which boosted my career later on in in the Embassy work in Beijing. They do give you concrete trainings for your career development. Highly recommend
