I applied online and it took about a month or so to hear back from them. They called me to set up an interview at one of their markets the following week. You tell one of the employees that you have an interview scheduled and they'll take you to the manager who will then escort you upstairs into the offices. Everyone was very kind. The process is simple and straightforward. I didn't get an offer because it was my first interview so I was quite nervous. It kind of sucks that the interviewer was trying not to laugh during the interview, but I can't really blame her.
