Interview
Nothing out of the ordinary, phone interview due to circumstances. Felt like a good interview, but they fail to respond with a decision. They didn't ask anything else but STAR questions. I'm not sure how you can get to know a person through this type of interview process
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Palmdale, CA) in Jul 2011
Interview
Not really an interview, as they canceled at the last minute. Wasn't a big deal as far as the job was concerned, pretty sure I didn't want it anyhow, but I would have liked to interview to at least learn more about the position and present myself to the company. It was something really simple in my resume that should have been caught during screening but wasn't. Makes me think they just set up a mass interview, but who knows. They were at least nice about it.
