I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
I applied at my college career fair and was contacted by phone call to schedule an interview on my campus. I was told there would be situational, behavioral, and technical questions; however, this was the last round of college recruitments so it was strictly behavioral 1 on 1. I was contacted about 2 weeks later with an offer after just 1 interview.

Question 1
Tell me a bit about some of the projects you've done, whether you were working individually or with a team, and how you overcame the problems.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Aurora, CO) in Dec 2017
Interview
The interview was fairly basic since it was for a job right out of college. It was a resume review and discussion of the projects I had done in college. It was done over the phone and involved some questions related to how I would approach different types of projects and technologies.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (College Park, MD) in Oct 2017
Interview
Spoke to a recruiter at the career fair and got an on-campus interview. Interview was about 30 minutes long, half technical half behavior, but most of the questions were fairly softball. Technical questions were a mix of programming, OS, radar, and software development cycles.
