I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (San Luis Obispo, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
First, we introduced ourselves. Next, they started asking different types of questions. It mostly felt like I was having a conversation with them. It did not feel like I was being pressured to answer different questions. They also asked some interesting personal questions, like “what is your favorite quote from a movie?” Overall, I had a great interviewing experience with them.

I first received a phone call to set a date/time for a phone interview, then had a phone interview with an actual engineer.
