I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Ann Arbor, MI) in Oct 2020
Interview
First there was 1 phone screening with the recruiting. The I received a link to participate in a second round interview. The interview was with he hiring manager and was a mix of behavior and technical questions. Got a call from the hiring manager about a month later about the job offer.
