Scheduled for a phone interview with 2 people for 30 minutes. Spent 5 minutes asking technical questions such as why would you use X technology, and the remainder of the time was spent talking about their personal lives. Seemed like a huge waste of everyone’s time interviewing, and they did not get back to me until months later.
