After I applied online, it took a month to get a call for the interview. I interviewed with the kitchen supervisor and the dept manager. It was a very unprofessional interview, we were cramped in a tiny office that was a mess with boxes and paper work everywhere. There was no organization or preparation ahead of time. The dept manager proceeded to be loud and have conversations unrelated to my interview, laughing at jokes and yelling at a worker who came in for help with a patient. She then made fun of that worker for her speech impediment. I knew before the interview started I would not accept an offer if given to me and realized it was a waste of my time.

Interview was odd, it is in their cafeteria in front of everyone. They didn't describe the job in complete detail, but if you take the job and are a hard worker you can adapt to anything.
