Have a bunch of examples to go to-whether they’re real or not is not really relevant bc the question, while on its face is asking about a past problem, in actuality is to determine how you’d handle a future one. You can have a bunch memorized in your back pocket and just recycle and tweak the details to fit the question.
Lengthy, really need to send reminder emails to even get an interview. Took about 3 months to have any sort of movement forward with my application. And that's with a strong resume & referral.

Interview
Procedural Unit. It is a one on one interview with the Manager. Then after that you will do a walk through the unit. Then you get to hang around to ask the employees any questions you might have.

Give an example of a difficult situation you faced at work and how you handled it.
Easy. Quick process. Quick hire. No issues pretty self explanatory and straight forward process. I didn’t have any issues with communication with the hiring manager like I’ve had in the past. Was able to tour the unit and see how things work
