Interview was fairly quick. I took a typing test to pass the 30 wpm criteria. Then I met with a recruiter to discuss my customer service skills. They explained the position would have no benefits, raises, OT etc but that if I performed my job well I could be hired and receive benefits. I did their training classes which were spread across the course of 1 month and finally started working at the end of July.
