The process was mostly behavioral. Asked questions like why healthcare management and tell me about yourself. All behavioral and not bad at all. I would say review your behavioral and also talk about a time you used data analysis.

The video interview was straight and to the point. Very basic interview questions and you get multiple attempts to record your answer to a question. The only difficult part I'd say was the timing and being able to say your whole answer within 30 seconds to 2 minutes for certain questions.
