It was simple. If you get and interview you got the job. Very simple interview process. Employer is very welcoming and warm. Very inviting experience. Not intimidating at all. They entice you with easy to understand questioning and as a new grad easy to answer as well.

Fairly easy and average interview process. Required submission of references, résumé met with nurse managers within the facility for an in person interview. This did not include a shadowing aspect.
