I applied to lij for a customer service position in August 2015. I received an email in Sept to call to set up a phone interview with a recruiter. The phone interview was simple she asked why I wanted to leave my current position and told me more about the position I applied for, hours, benefits, salary. She told me that someone would be in touch with me to set up an interview. In Nov 2015, 2 months later, I received an email with an interview time and location, they didnt give me an option on which day to pick. I got to the interview 15 mina early, it was at a call center, they were interviewing all day. I checked in with the receptionist which was extremely nice. My first interview was with a department manager, it was more like a conversation not like an interview, we just discussed my experience, but i was told by the recruiter this was a full time position and I get there and its per diem position, i continued with the second interview with the main manager and he was very apologetic that he wished the recruiter would have told everyone the position was per diem especially to the people that currently have jobs. It was a good interview but i wish i didnt take off work for it
