I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual
Interview
The first interview was in person, while I heard others conducted it on the phone. It consisted of basic get to know you questions and other behavioral questions. If you can communicate well, you should breeze through this interview and get invited for another.
The second interview was also in person. They asked some of the same questions, and threw in more complicated behavioral questions. Some positions had more than two interviews, but this was the last for me.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you were criticized and how did you deal with it.
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
