I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual
Interview
I was referred for the position by a friend and contacted via email. I returned the interest and set up a date to meet. Went into the office and talked about the position in a very relaxed setting. I was given a fairly simple personality test to take and sent home with information about the position and contact information. We set up another meeting date for an actual interview in which I was sent home with a 'homework' project to find prospective clients. We would have had a third interview appointment in about two weeks if I had not decided that this was not the time or position for me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want this position?
This question was difficult for me because I did not actually want the position. I knew that it was a respectable company and a good position, but it was not a good fit for me.
