There was a three step interview process. First, I met with the recruiter for the internship program as a typical interview. I was given some "homework" to do before my next interview, which was with one of the financial representatives there. Before the final interview, I was given more work to do. I had to make phone calls to get a feel for the work. After I completed these assignments, I was offered a position.
