Interview
The basis of the first interview was getting to know you and seeing if you are a good fit of the company. The interviewer asks questions like are you interested in owing your own business, what do you know about the company, etc? Very easy questions.The overall process expanded through 3 interviews but it helps both parties understand if you're a good fit.

Was told about the program and how I would need to get certified to sell life insurance in order to participate in the program. The interviewer was laid back and relaxed. It was a group interview.
