Interview
The interview was a 40 minute conversation with one of the established Financial Representatives. He did not grill me with any questions that would try to trick me or anything of that nature, it was mostly just to see how well I thought I could do selling insurance.

What are some groups that you think you could reach out to?
Straight forward and easy. Consisted of a call and a zoom interview. First with a recruiter and then with a full time rep that was part of the internship. Fairly easy and straight forward.
Sales focused interview. Need to provide a list of 200 people and their contact info to pass the interview, and once you're hired you'll have to contact all those people.
