Typical interview questions around how to solve training problems and how training development process works for me. Wanted to know what kinds of trainings I have developed. Had 3 interviews with 3 different people. They all went well but then they had to cancel the opening.

Interview
Several phone interviews. Discussions in person for the next stages of the project. Discussions based on the actual project and deliverables, with a set of members of the technical team. The questions did not sound like interview questions, but they were very specific to the project at hand.

Software architecture, enterprise architecture, design, applications of new technologies.
Standard in person interview process, formal résumé overview and usual interview questions. They're always looking for people to hire and need people with great customer service. They let me know after the interview that if I was interested that position was mine and asked me if I knew anyone interested in the position.
