I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual in Sep 2023
Interview
They ask you to come prepared with 60 potential clients that you can bring to the company. You can literally just put any friends and family to fill it up. They also ask you to come prepared with three personal questions to ask the person interviewing you and also three professional questions as well.

Question 1
They ask you to tell them about yourself. They also want to know about your background and your parents
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
