3 zoom interviews in a group setting for the first two. No hard questions, mainly focused on me and wanted to know what I was looking for. Asked me to complete warm market exercise.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
