I met the their college recruiter at a career fair. She emailed me afterwards and asked me a few things regarding what I knew of the company, how could I improve the company etc. I then had a interview with the college recruiter, she is super nice. Then moved on to the college intern director he was very friendly.

Was told about the program and how I would need to get certified to sell life insurance in order to participate in the program. The interviewer was laid back and relaxed. It was a group interview.

Three rounds with calls with the head of hiring and with the head of the department, all behavioral questions were asked at each round to get to know you and your network

Very basic and straightforward behavioral questions, nothing technical. Have a good idea of what you would be doing and why you want to work there so that you can speak to your skillset and how it aligns with the job description.
