Started informal as informational then developed into a formal process. Met other company advisors. Learned about company from different employee perspectives. Overall very well rounded process. They gave me the space and time to make me feel like it was the right place to work. No pressure to decide. Wanted to find me the right fit.

Tell me about what makes you you. What brought you here today.
Very professional and provide a deep background and understanding of the company. The recruiters are very friendly and help guide you through the interview process. Is a multi-step interview process including surveys and questionaries.
I went through three rounds. You have an initial screening, a one hour interview with an advisor, then meet with a partner in-person if possible. Very detailed, and they bring up cultural test results and financial projections.

Fortunately it was a decent introduction call.
Unfortunately the recruiter did not know the mission statement for the organization and did not look it up to share it.
Was also informed there were still to be four interviews in the interview process.
