Interview
3-4 interview rounds including meeting with the Managing Director, Recruiter and Head of Development. Interviews were a mix of phone, video and in-person.
I was asked some illegal questions such as if I have kids, how old I am, etc.
As a positive, they move pretty quickly with scheduling interviews and next steps!

Did about 5 rounds, 2 of which were in person then got ghosted. Followed up twice with no response, the team did react to my linkedin post when I got a new job too which was weird.

There was a 3-step interview process. I met with the Managing Partner and HR in the 3rd round for a presentation.
Everyone was very helpful and information about the role.
