Panel teams call with everyone on the hiring team. Very conversational and they gave a great overview of the internship. They asked me about my previous experience and what I feel I want to learn. Overall, it was a great interview.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
