Clear communication: outlined key responsibilities, qualification they seek as well as laid out clear expectations. Provided timely updates, timelines, and what I could expect in the coming days. They provided a fair and structured assessment from initial call throughout the end. Very much a candidate centric approach.

Interview
I interviewed initially with Rachel Nutter out of their Northshore office and she was wonderful, as were the other two teamates I interviewed with. The process was great, not too long, but thorough enough to understand the role. I only declined because of logistics. Working under Rachel seems like a dream, if I lived closer I would!
