Interview process was great. It provided an opportunity to meet many of the leaders of the firm and understand the opportunity and expectations. There were 3 rounds: first an introduction, in-depth and full day observation.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are some of your strengths and how will these help you in your position here?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Lombard, IL) in Apr 2022
Interview
Attended four interviews via phone and Zoom, each ran for 30+ minutes. I initially spoke with a recruiter on the phone. Afterwards, I moved on to speaking with a location manager/human resources manager. About a week later I had another separate interview with the associates whom I would essentially be working with in the role. Final interview was two weeks later with the financial advisors I would be supporting. I was told I would be contacted with next steps once they knew what they were. Instead I was ghosted entirely. I tried reaching out to the initial recruiter and was told someone would reach out to me with information, but I heard nothing. This was a waste of time.

Question 1
At each interview I was asked how I have handled difficult clients in the past, asked how I manage time/prioritize tasks, and what my preferred next step in my career path would be. Most questions were very commonly asked at most interviews.
