I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Bedminster, NJ) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and began with an initial phone call. After that, there was a follow-up Zoom interview where we had a more in-depth conversation about the position, discussing the responsibilities, expectations, and how my experience aligned with the role. It felt like a smooth and casual process overall.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
