The interview process started out, so I thought, as simply me going in to talk with a recruiter who I had met at a dinner/networking function put on my University's athletic department (I am a student-athlete). I went out to meet the recruiter at her office, and what started as a really casual conversation eventually turned into more of an interview setting. Now, I say this not to act as if I was deceived, it was just I hadn't necessarily anticipated the meeting going that direction. With that said, I had a good conversation with her and the next step was going and meeting with another recruiter at a different office. Again, the conversation was very casual was really just about letting the company get to know you and vice versa. Finally, after some "homework" you are expected to come back in and give a brief presentation to a few recruiters and maybe some other advisors in the office - not long after this you will hear back from them on whether it is going to be a good fit for you. But, chances are if you get as far as to give a presentation and doing an acceptable job, you'll be asked on.
