First did a phone interview and then was called down for an in-person interview. Interviewed with three people total (the principal investigator, a research associate and another research assistant with whom I would be working). Overall, the interview lasted about 2 hours at the clinic where I would be working.

one 30 minute phone call, then on in person interview with 2-3 people that lasted about an hour. overall pretty easy and wasn't super in depth. felt pretty confident afterwards and they got back to me like a week or two later i dont remember.

It was a slow process, emailed the project manager about internship opportunities through a friend who worked as an RA at the time and sent my resume. Got called for an interview twice and was offered this position instead.
