Northwestern's interview process was very warm & friendly. After applying via their website I was contacted through email. Then there was a phone interview. The next step was a in-person interview. During the phone portion I was interviewed by 2 people. During the in-person portion I was interviewed by 3 people and I had to present a workshop to a team of 5-10 people.
