The interview process was rigorous but the interviewers truly worked to connect and put me at ease. It was hard to tell whether or not I was doing well as I was interviewing, but they did respond to my answers which meant they were listening intently.

Tell us about a challenge you've faced and how you overcame it?
Engineering school interview that included taking tests and meeting with staff. Was fairly easy so I got in. Not sure what else I am supposed to say to get access to this site.

Straightforward process for graduate students. Meet with several professors and talk about research interests. Highlight why you would be a good fit for their lab and why their research interests you. All professors were very cordial.
