I turned in a resume. After a day or two, I called them and set a date and time. It was about a half hour interview. No internet background checks as far as I know. No drug testing. Be ready for the most bizarre questions you’ve ever been asked and plenty of them.

Interview
Two employees took me outside the store and we stood on the busy sidewalk. They asked me a few questions and explained what they were looking for (someone to help with crafts, aligned with my experience). They told me they would let me know in the next few days and never got back to me at all.
