I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Novacoast (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
Went through my resume, interviewer asked me about my projects. Then proceeded to ask me 2 technical questions (see below section). They try to get to know you well before actually getting into the technical questions which I admired. The interview was held at their headquarters.

Interview
Met with some nice guys at UCSB career fair booth. Dropped off resume, and then dropped off again at presentation/talk they held later.
Contacted within a few weeks. Interview was at office DT with Dev VP and another employee. They have a sheet of questions about different technologies. My advice is not to panic about not knowing anything on it; I knew hardly half of the things on there. They seem to want to know how your thought process works when faced with unfamiliar problems. I asked questions if I was stuck and always received answers. Interview was short. Started off talking about myself, then I showed a project, and then the quiz. Nothing too technical.
