Novartis Internship In A Data Position interview questions

30 min scheduled phone interview( seems like the only round) after 1 month resume was sent. The questions are around your resume. They know what they want - a person who has a background in med and at least professional med data processing - so a transferrable skillset is less relevant. Don't know how my resume get past this, was. discouraging to find out the interviewer wasn't interested in anything except med data background. I knew I was not the one they were looking for. Also, the pay for interns was not good I'd say.
