I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Novartis
Interview
It is based on the 6 core values of Novartis. It is a 30 minute interview process with 2-3 behavioral questions followed by 5-10 minutes of questions to the interviewer.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you had a conflict with your team member and how did you solve it.
I found myself asking most of the questions and then bragging as much as possible about myself, followed by the interviewer bragging about herself. Nothing complicated was asked, but I was surprised that the one job she wanted to hear most about had nothing to do with the position. I was asked what I took away from that experience and I was taken aback by the rookie question—finding myself questioning my BS answer to that more than anything else. That's probably why it's also the only question that I remember being asked.

I applied online. I interviewed at Novartis in Mar 2017
Interview
It was a 3 week process all done over the phone starting with the hiring manager then moving into an entire teams speaker phone interview. After that I spoke with the head of the department one on one and got an offer after that.
