Foi realizado apenas um contato com uma pessoa do time de atração de talentos. Eu não havia me candidatado a cargo nenhum na empresa. Recebi um telefonema sobre um processo que abriria no mês seguinte, sem detalhes. Fizeram uma entrevista longa e disseram que agendariam um próximo contato. Depois apenas enviaram uma msg dizendo que não prosseguiriam. Perguntaram várias coisas sobre minha atuação em uma empresa concorrente, mas não me falaram nada da posição.

Me perguntaram praticamente tudo sobre minha função em uma empresa concorrente. Fiquei um pouco desconfortável pelo nível de informações solicitada em um primeiro contato.

Interview
Interview lasted less than 30 mins, I did not get an offer yet, I felt rushed and was not able to show case my experience but overall its good. I do not know if i will get the role or not
The interview process took 3 months, 3 rounds of interviews with several team members. After the 3rd round, I was starting to think they weren’t really hiring. What a waste of my time.
Teams are very knowledgeable and welcoming. Asked a lot of technical questions. Scenario based questions were decent. It was a good experience. HR also asks decent amount of questions. Prepare and stay positive throughout. Don’t be too serious when answering
