Very formal. Very usual questions, nothing innovative. Interviewers followed a pre-set format in some instances and in others they just winged it. Too long, and too many people to see.
short and straightforward, utilized time efficiently and there were multiple people as part of the interview process. arrival and check in was also efficient; friendly reception and not a long wait
phone screen with a recruiter who had no cell service and I couldn't understand a word she said but was somehow moved forward to two separate on-site interviews where I met with a bunch of people back to back.

1 in person interview with HR and the process is they pick 2-3 people from the first round to get a second interview with department heads. They are very nice and very professional. I got a second interview.
