Very bad interview, with 3 rounds including an introductory one, procurement specific, and lastly excel test. They never got back to me. They wanted specific knowledge for procurement even though this was entry level role.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Novartis (Hyderābād) in Nov 2018
Interview
Moderate level of interview with multiple people from the organization. There are usually 3-4 interviews post group discussion and aptitude test. The group discussion happens in groups of 8-10 people and with a panel, same is the process for interview.
The process took 3 months and it was separated to 3 stages.
1. Recruiter
2. Global Manager
3. Hiring Manager
The third interview was very difficult. There were 2 managers and they started to ask me which are the responsibilities of other positions in the organization.
