The comittee was not welcoming at all compared to other interviews I had in pharma. They didnt introduce themselves at the beginning and there were really weird quiet breaks happened at the beginning and also at the end.

Concise interviews with multiple team members. Efficient and HR was thorough with their communication and timelines. All participants were on time and had relevant interactions with the role I was interviewing for.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Novartis (Hyderābād) in Oct 2020
Interview
Interview went very well. Instead of asking me the interview questions, they themselves explained so much about the role and the benefits in Novartis.
They do not send rejection email even after months and will neither give us any update. Worst . They don’t value our time.
