Very hard and difficult three to four round and final round is salary negotiations round.It depends on the domain for which you are interviewing and role. Interview hour are also lengthy and complex.

Pretty straight, to the point and worthy to have been interviewed at Novartis.
It took 1 week to arrange interview call and later which it took 3 weeks to realease offer
First aptitude test which is mostly verbal, followed by technical and HR round. In technical round questions were more generalized interview questions. Questions from market analysis, Clinical practice, pharmacology and basic computer knowledge were also asked.
