Novartis Analyst, FFO Analytics interview questions

The interview was for the role - Analyst, FFO Analytics. The whole interview process was around Advanced Excel skills and communicational skills. First round (Level 1) was online, over a call and asked me to format data, find out the insights from an excel sheet provided. Level 2 discussion was in person where I had to physically visit the Office in Hyderabad. In Level 2 discussion, they have provided us with Laptops and task to perform, on which the L2 discussion was made. After Level 2 Discussion, the HR made me realise how I'm into Data Engineering/Data Analyst not an Excel guy. Special Mention: They have offered a Nice Lunch to all the attendees.
