Novartis Scientist, Manufacturing and Operations interview questions

Firstly, you participate in screening call with HR person. During this interview, you are asked to introduce yourself, present your expectations and are given time to ask questions. After that, there is usually one online interview with leader of the department, during which the job position is presented to you and you are asked more detailed questions targeting your knowledge in the field. Last interview was in person, at the location, I met the team and was shown around the laboratories.
