Nugget Market interview questions

The interview process had great flow and was very organized, I loved having a phone interview first then being asked to an in person interview with the store director! I feel like the phone interview made me feel comfortable and helped me with my confidence for the in person interview. I met with the store director and bakery manager and they asked me questions about myself and not only about my work history. I feel like they wanted to get to know me very well as a person to see if I would be the right fit for not only the team but their guests! They gave me all the details I needed about the job description and what it entailed, I had no questions when I left! Overall one of the best interview experiences I have had!

Incredible! Humberto was made the initial phone interview comfortable to the degree I felt I could genuine and true to myself. Almost as if we already knew each other. Also, helped provide pointers and tips for my in person interview with Kanoa. Flexible with scheduling the interview as I do have two little ones but once I got in the store I knew it would work out.
