Numerator Consultant - Consumer Insights interview questions

Received a boilerplate e-mail a couple of days after applying, containing instructions on the necessary "Personality Assessment" and "Cognitive Assessment." They also require a "proctored" environment, requiring they record you using your computer's camera. You can still take the assessments without the camera, but they make it clear you're likely going to be forced to take it again....on camera. You have five days to complete the assessments. I'm okay with a reasonable assessment,, but the 65 minutes the email says it takes to complete both, and to do them on video, is unreasonable, off-putting and puts the company culture in question.
